Group Therapy

I'm excited to announce that I'll be co-facilitating a book club and process group based on "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" by Lindsay C. Gibson, PsyD, starting in January, 2026. We currently have a few open spaces.

Duration: 10 weeks

Mondays, 3pm - 4:30pm

In-person in Capitol Hill, Denver

 The group offers a supportive space to explore how family dynamics continue to impact adult relationships, emotional life, and sense of self. Through reading, sharing, and discussion, participants will learn to identify and heal the wounds of growing up with "Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents."
